Job Description :

Highgrove Beds is looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated digital marketing specialist to join the team in Liversedge.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Marketing and be responsible for the implementation of organic and future paid search campaigns, working on creative approaches encompassing SEO, content and social media marketing.

We’re a small team, so the ability to manage your own workload and be honest with yourself and the team about what you’re capable of is absolutely vital, as are good communication skills and a sense of humour to back up your professional skills.

Primary responsibilities include:

Consumer Profiling

Keyword Research

Content Strategy

Copywriting

Social Media Marketing

PPC Management (Google AdWords / Bing Ads / Social Ads)

Email Marketing

Digital PR

Also any other ad-hoc duties as agreed from time to time, since we’re a small team we share the workload.

Location: Liversedge, West Yorkshire

Hours: 09.00 – 17:00 with one hour for lunch Monday to Friday (37.5 hours in total per week) flexibility will be required at times in line with business needs and campaign activity.

Start Date: Immediate

Salary: £TBC + per year depending on experience

Entry Requirements:

Have at least 12 month’s experience in a similar role. Have a real passion for marketing. Understand what makes consumers connect with a brand. Have a keen eye for detail. Be a team player. Have strong analytical skills. Take a proactive approach to their work. Be keen to always learn something new. Be able to demonstrate previous success in a similar role. Experience in a similar role in a similar environment for at least 12 months is desirable, as is being able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of best-practice digital marketing skills.
